BOURGET 2025
For the 2025 Paris Air Show, Dassault Aviation tasked us with translating its rich digital ecosystem into a dynamic film under 90 seconds. The challenge was to showcase a full range of tools, from apps to virtual reality, without creating a tedious list. We chose to avoid a simple enumeration in favor of a strong narrative approach, a continuous, immersive journey into the heart of the brand’s universe. We designed the film as one fluid journey. Each shot flows into the next to organically reveal the strength of the manufacturer’s digital innovation.
To realize this vision, we orchestrated an art direction that blended 3D and 2D by strategic choice. We created a clean, textured 3D world to serve as an immersive stage. This gave the digital solutions a sense of space and tangible reality. We integrated 2D graphic and text elements onto this backdrop to reflect Dassault’s technical precision and corporate identity, much like a designer’s layout.
Large strokes of the brand’s iconic blue punctuated the story, adding energy and contrast. This design was developed to meet a key requirement. The film had to work in a 16:9 format for the web and be adapted for a spectacular screening on a 24-meter-wide panoramic screen at the air show.
The result was a complete success, delivered on time for the event. Dassault Aviation was completely satisfied, praising a modern piece that faithfully respected its DNA. During the show, the film impressed visitors with its visual impact and clear message. It generated extremely positive feedback. This project was more than a technical showcase. It was the striking and elegant story of a global aviation leader’s digital transformation.
